BIG VOTE TODAY (invite/fun action to #PassTheEACA!)

Folks from across Rhode Island are headed to the State House TODAY for a critical vote in the Senate Judiciary committee on the Equality in Abortion Coverage Act (S32).

Policies banning insurance coverage are about taking away access to care. We shouldn’t have laws that deny health coverage just because someone is poor or because they happen to get their insurance from a public program as an employee of the state. They are wrong and they need to go!

• Can’t be there? Show your support and help continue to build the momentum to get this done THIS YEAR! Grab a green t-shirt and take a pic of yourself and post in on social media with #PassTheEACA! We will be sharing out all the pics we see on our channels all day to show the WIDESPREAD support for this critical bill!

We are fighting back and we are confident that tonight we will see the Equality in Abortion Coverage Act voted out of the Senate Judiciary and head to the floor for passage. This will come as a result of the passion, dedication and hard work of all of YOU!
