Health Insurance NOn-discriminATION bill

Re-introduced from 2025, this bill authored by the RI Attorney General's office updates language to expand protections for modern Rhode Island.

Protect Our Courts, Protect Our Community

PASSED in 2026! This law prohibits law enforcement from interfering in court proceedings and wearing facial coverings. It will also help ensure law enforcement will be held accountable when necessary.
