2. SOULS TO THE POLLS:
The NAACP Providence Branch is teaming up with the Rhode Island Council of Black Women, Providence Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta, the chapter of Zeta Phi Beta, and Omega Psi Phi to help you get to the polls on election day. 4. Voting Access for Disabled Persons:
