In the meantime, keep your hands clean (any soap will do), practice social distancing (6 feet from people in public and anyone who is concerned that they may have the virus) and continue to get rest and exercise. The more careful and cautious we are right now, the more folx will remain healthy in the long run. It cannot be stressed enough: the goal of these precautionary measures (community, state, industry, country, and worldwide) are to ensure that our healthcare systems can handle the influx of patients affected by COVID-19; even if this virus does not directly threaten you personally, the virus is a severe threat to the systems within our society.
